Ginger Blackberry Mint Crush (Mocktail)

It looks like sangria and a mojito had a mocktail!  Simply put you are getting so many good for you things in this low sugar mocktail!  Really you might feel gitty just holding the glass!

Servings 1 glass

Ingredients

  • 5 organic blackberries
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 8 oz Bragg Concord Grape/Acia Drinking Vinegar
  • 1/2 can Zevia Ginger Ale
  • 2 lime wedges (one for juice and one for garnish
  • glass full of ice
  • blackberry and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a tall thin glass add blackberries, ginger and mint.  With the end of a wooden spoon gently crush the ingredients together.  

  2. Squeeze in lime juice and add ice all the way to the top of the glass.

  3. Pour in Drinking Vinegar and then ginger ale.  

  4. Serve with a garnish of fresh mint, lime wedge and a blackberry
