Easy Grilled Gluten Free Pizza

Ever grilled your pizza?  This is an easy and fun solution to pizza night.  Use gluten free crust that is pre-made to make it even easier!

  • 1-4 Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • 1 oz Per Crust Fresh Mozzarella Grass Fed or Goats Milk
  • Grated Fresh Parmesan
  • 1 TBS Per Crust Olive or Avocado Oil
  • ½ TSP Per Crust Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup organic cherry tomatoes


  • Spinach
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Parsley
  • Mushrooms
  • Zucchini
  • Red Onions
  • Basil
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Anchovies
  • Mozzarella
  • Feta
  • Avocado


  1. Pre-heat grill on low.  
  2. Coat one side of pizza crust with ½ TBS of Oil. Place on grill oil side down. Cook 5-7 min until heated and slightly charred.

  3. Remove from grill, oil non-grilled side with remaining oil. Spread sliced tomatoes evenly on the crust. Top with fresh garlic. I love Daiya cheese for a vegan option. 

  4.  Add topping of choice + mozzarella, garlic, and parmesan.
  5. Place back on grill and cook for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot!  Or just stand at the grill and eat it like I do!  Kidding...not kidding!
