Ever grilled your pizza? This is an easy and fun solution to pizza night. Use gluten free crust that is pre-made to make it even easier!
- 1-4 Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
- 1 oz Per Crust Fresh Mozzarella Grass Fed or Goats Milk
- Grated Fresh Parmesan
- 1 TBS Per Crust Olive or Avocado Oil
- ½ TSP Per Crust Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup organic cherry tomatoes
- Red Bell Peppers
- Red Onions
- Smoked Salmon
Pre-heat grill on low.
Coat one side of pizza crust with ½ TBS of Oil. Place on grill oil side down. Cook 5-7 min until heated and slightly charred.
Remove from grill, oil non-grilled side with remaining oil. Spread sliced tomatoes evenly on the crust. Top with fresh garlic. I love Daiya cheese for a vegan option.
Add topping of choice + mozzarella, garlic, and parmesan.
Place back on grill and cook for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve hot! Or just stand at the grill and eat it like I do! Kidding...not kidding!
