Mile High Kale Chips – Episode 2

So do you kind yourself wanting a salty crunchy snack mid day or how about at family movie night? These are so easy to make and keep you on track with your healthy lifestyle. This episode was filmed with my dear friend Dana from www.wholehealthdana.com. We had such a blast working together, I will say you can hardly call this work. You have to try these and let me know what you think!

2-3 Bunches of Fresh Organic Kale
1-2 Tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoons of your favorite spices: In the video we used Rosemary, Black Pepper, Paprika, Sage, Garlic Powder and Sea Salt

Clean and cut Kale into chip size pieces. Add olive oil and spices mix with hands. Spread on baking sheet in one single layer. Bake in oven on 275 until crisp!
