So simple no recipe required, I used black bean gluten-free spaghetti with go2kitchens homemade marinara sauce. I added cute green olive eyeballs and it’s done! Enjoy an easy dinner for your pre-Halloween evening festivities.

To be exact a 2oz serving of black bean pasta has 25 grams of plant-based protein. It is naturally gluten-free. Plus it looks like a cool ghoul!
Insider Tips for Cooking Black Bean Pasta
Because Black Bean Pasta is naturally gluten-free it can get sticky easily. Follow these instructions and you will not have a sticky monster!
- For every ounce of black bean pasta you cook bring 1 cup of water to a boil
- Add a few pinches of salt to boiling water
- Add black bean pasta to the water
- Reduce water to a simmer
- Cook 5-6 minutes
- Drain water
- Add a pat of butter or tablespoon of olive oil
- Gently stir into pasta
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce and eyeballs!
