Easy Bruschetta Recipe – Look No Bread!
This past week on my show “Lunch with Leslie” via Periscope @go2kitchens I have been talking about the benefits and pitfalls of salt. You can watch the whole weeks replays by going to Katch.me @go2kitchens. During that week I do a segment that I call “For Real Food Fridays” and I cook live on Periscope. For salt week I choose to focus on an easy bruschetta recipe using a salt I got while on my trip to Hawaii made by Salty Wahine. They call it “Hot Lava” and it is a sea salt with activated charcoal and chili pepper. They also had the recipe on their website and I modified it for a healthier version. I hope you enjoy the edited version of my Periscope replay for the recipe “Hot Lava Tomato Bruschetta”. By the way if you click the link to buy the Hot Lava Salt, please let them know that go2kitchens.com sent you. I don’t make a penny from the sale of the salt but I love building new relationships with awesome companies that are providing superior products!
