Ok, this recipe is a gourmet fake out. When you serve this to someone they are really going to think you know what you are doing in the kitchen, even if you don’t. It is so easy. Yes I will throw out some gluten free pasta meals now and again! No one should be eating pasta everyday not even gluten free pasta. Adding some veggies with your pasta will make a little better for you. Make this for your next special dinner and reviews will be raving!
1 Free Range Chicken Breast – Fileted/Split
1/4 Package of Gluten Free Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta
1 Large Bunch of Organic Asparagus
1/4 Cup Chopped Organic Parsley
1/4 Cup Fresh Graded Parmesan Cheese
Dash of Cayenne Pepper and Garlic Salt
1-2 Table Spoons of Organic Olive Oil
Spilt and pound tenderize 1 chicken boneless free range chicken breast. Heat in a skillet 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat. Add chicken filets and salt and pepper one side. Fry chicken breast until cooked and slightly brown. Cook Spaghetti according to direction on box…if you can find them! 😉 Steam Asparagus until slightly tender. Drain spaghetti add 1 table spoon of olive oil, dash of cayenne and garlic. Mix well. Plate with slices of chicken and asparagus, top with cheese and parsley.
