I like to serve this at Halloween gatherings but this dip is so tasty, you could definitely make it and use it for a variety of things all year long. It's an avocado based ranch style dip so you know the Texan in me is addicted to it! We love all things ranch in Texas! Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 cup dried dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp cashew yogurt unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Cut open avocados and scrape into the bowl of a food processor, making sure you get as much flesh as you can, especially from the sides of the avocado.

  2. Add lemon juice, black pepper, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add cashew yogurt one teaspoon at a time and blending it, making sure it doesn't get too runny. Once you have the consistency you need blend to mix all the flavors together.

  4. Pour the dip into a serving bowl. Top with a tomato cut into teeth for his mouth and two radishes and olive slices as the eyes. Use a small tomato triangle for his nose and chive pieces for his hair. Get creative with your monster's face!

  5. Place your dip in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
