1/2poundorganic turkey
1/2tspgarlic salt
1cupasparaguschopped
3asparagus tops for garnish
2cupsbaby spinach
1/4cupkalamata olivessliced
1/4cupfeta cheese
4tbspsalsa

Instructions
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a cast iron skillet.
Brown turkey in skillet until cooked through, add salt and pepper to taste and garlic salt. Remove once cooked.
Add a little more olive oil to the skillet and add asparagus, stir while cooking 2-4 minutes.
Add spinach to the skillet and cook it until slightly wilted.
Add turkey back into the spinach and asparagus, pressing it down into the bottom of the skillet like a crust.
In a bowl, crack 6 eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add olives, salsa, and feta cheese into eggs and scramble together.
Pour egg mixture over the turkey mixture in the skillet.
Place the asparagus tops as a garnish on the frittata.
